Fall Look Inspired by SJP's Dramatic Hocus Pocus Makeup!

I can't believe my favorite season is right around the corner. I could not be more excited for fall and everything that comes with it! I have already pulled out the boots and sweaters, lit my leaves candle, and ordered a pumpkin latte. I have also already watched one of my all time favorite Halloween movies, Hocus Pocus for the first of many times this fall. Ever since I was young, I have always loved Sarah. Well, while I was watching the movie last night, I noticed how gorgeous her makeup is! It is seriously the perfect fall makeup look. And, it is super easy to recreate. So, without further adieu, here is how to get the fabulous Sarah Sanderson's witchy, fall makeup look.

She has flawless skin and when it comes to covering up imperfection, I feel like a broken record. I always use Revlon ColorStay foundation, Maybelline FitMe and Age Rewind concealers, Rimmel Stay Matte powder, and Revlon Nearly Naked powder for contouring. I love these products to death, which is why they never change. I would highly recommend them but you can use whatever face products you prefer. Also, apply an eyeshadow primer of choice all over your lids and let it set. I am still loving Urban Decay's Primer Potion!

Now onto the fun, dramatic parts of this look... eyes and lips! Starting with the eyes, apply Jouer's Mahogany eyeshadow all over the lids and up into the crease. This is a gorgeous dark brown with red undertones and the tiniest bit of sparkle. I'm not lying when I say with Jouer eyeshadows, a little goes a long way without losing any pigmentation. Blend out the crease with the crease color in Wet N Wild's trio in Sweet As Candy and highlight your brow bones with the highlight shadown in Wet N Wild's trio in Silent Treatment. Apply a thick line of your favorite black liquid liner to your top lash line. My personal favorite is L'Oreal Linear Intense Liquid Eyeliner. Take Revlon's ColorStay black waterproof liner and apply it under your lower lashes and in your waterline. Smudge out the black with some of the Jouer Mahogany shadow. Sarah's shadow is pretty thick and intense under her eyes in the movie. Pop on a coat of Maybelline's Falsies Flared mascara in black and apply your favorite false lashes for some extra drama. Apply another coat of mascara to bond your real lashes with the falsies and your eyes are done!

I love the red lipstick she rocks in the movie because it's more of a vampy red without being too dark. I used the Revlon Matte Balm in Standout and it worked perfectly!

I hope you enjoy this look as much as I do! Just another one of the many reasons I am so excited for fall!
