Dorothy is the ultimate rock chick! She oozes all the dirt and glam you think of when you think of raw rock and roll. Her vocals are killer, her style is to die for and not to mention she is drop dead gorgeous! When I saw this picture, I immediately fell in love with her bronze eyes and bold, red lips. If you are like me and want to recreate this look then look no further!
Step 1: Get Dorothy's flawless skin. Blend Revlon's ColorStay Foundation all over your face and down your neck. Cover any blemishes with Maybelline FitMe Concealer. Set everything with Wet N Wild's Cover All Pressed Powder and contour your cheek bones with the L'Oreal True Match Powder in a couple shades darker than your natural skin tone. If you really want to bump up your bronzing game then add a little Physician's Formula Bronze Booster to contour your cheeks, along your temples, and across your jawline.
Step 2: Make your eyes pop. Start by priming your lids with Urban Decay's primer potion. Next step, super simple, apply Half Baked and Smog from the Naked Palette all over the lid and up into the crease. Add Virgin from the same palette to your brow bones. Mix Smog and Dark Horse together and apply it generously to your lower lash line, making sure to blend out and down. Use Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner to crease a thin cat eye to the top lash line. Apply some wispy falsies and a couple coats of Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara. Fill in and shape your brows using Wet N Wild's Ultimate Brow Kit.
Step 3: Make your pout bold and glossy. Start by applying the Rimmel Kate Moss Collection in 111. Take Milani's Brilliant Shine Lip Gloss in Red My Lips and apply right over top.
And there you have it! Super simple way to recreate this fab look and bring out your inner rock chick!
Become a Savvy Packer with these Travel Tips Using Forever 21 Products!
Let's face it, packing can be a real pain! Especially when you wait until the last minute and you are rushing to shove everything into your suitcase. I'm heading to New York City this weekend and with all of the traveling I do, I have picked up some useful tips and tricks to make packing a little less stressful. Today, I want to share some tips for packing your beauty arsenal using all products from Forever 21, so no worries with breaking the bank before you reach your final destination.
Less is more. By this I mean, you do not need to pack every eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick you own. Think about packing 1 eye palette, which will allow you to create a ton of looks without taking up a lot of space in your bag. Forever 21 offers a killer natural eyeshadow palette for less than $8. They also have a blush/bronzer duo for about $6.
Ditch full-sized products. There is no need to bring a large bottle of shampoo, conditioner, eye cream, moisturizer, etc. Ditch these bulky, heavy bottles and put some of the product in travel sized containers. Here is a set of 4 travel sized bottles for under $2. It has everything you need for all of the products I listed and that price is incredible! Now, that might have been an obvious tip, but also consider leaving all of your makeup brushes at home and take a travel sized pack on the road. Forever 21 has a ton of brush sets with adorable prints, each with 5 mini brushes for under $5.
Protect your products with socks. This tip is especially handy when flying. Your checked bag gets tossed around and sometimes your eye shadows, blushes, and any other powder products don't make it in one piece. And girls, we know how difficult it is working with cracked products! Save yourself the grief by taking an inexpensive pair of long socks or leg warmers and placing your products in them! Wrap them up and this extra barrier will keep your favorite products in one piece. This has been a lifesaver for my makeup!
I hope these tips help you next time you are jetting off for a much needed vacation!

Steal the Look for Less! Valentino Rockstud Pumps.
How fab are those Valentino Rockstud Pumps on the left? Stunning! But paying almost $1,000 for a pair of shoes is a little ridiculous. Well as I was searching through DSW's newest and hottest selection of heels, I stumbled upon these BCBGeneration Darron Pumps pictured on the right. I couldn't believe how much they looked like the gorgeous Valentino pumps for a mere $70. How insane is that? They look almost identical and won't break the bank! They also come in red and teal, which would be perfect to rock this summer! So if you are dying over those Valentinos but want a more budget friendly option, I highly recommend checking out the selection DSW carries.

Kiss Dry Skin Goodbye! Tips for Preventing Dehydration while Flying.
If you are a girl on the go than you are no stranger to flying. Jetsetting off to fun vacations is exciting but flying can be a downright hassle. Sure sitting on a plane for hours on end is not fun, but there is nothing worse than the air on the plane drying out your skin and causing breakouts!
Today I want to share with you a couple tips that have been life savers for my skin during long flights. These tricks will keep your skin looking hydrated and glowing when you step off that plane at your final destination!
A face mask will help protect your face from drying out and becoming patchy. And no, I'm not talking about a face mask that you mix up using ingredients from your kitchen. I'm talking about a simple sheet mask that you place over your face. Instant insane hydration! Try the Sephora Rose Mask to moisturize and brighten your skin. And the best part is, it's only $6!
My hands get really dry even when I'm not on a plane for a couple hours. But let me tell you, when I got off the plane in Los Angeles last week, my hands were super dry. To protect your hands from painful dry skin, try this Peach Hand Mask from Forever21 for less than $3. Your hands will be able to soak up all the hydration throughout the whole flight.
Last but not least, my tried and true Vaseline Lip Treatment. This little guy is perfect to throw in your purse before hoping on the plane. It works great on lips but another place I like to use it is around my nose. If you are like me and get really dry, itchy skin around that area, dab a little bit of the Vaseline on it and voila, soothed and hydrated skin!

California, Here I Come! My West Coast Inspiration!
In a mere 2 days I will be on my way to the west coast! It will be my first time visiting California and I could not be more excited! Although I am going for work, there is always time for a little fun... Especially when you are in LA. I pulled some edgy yet flirty pieces as inspiration for my upcoming trip. I've mixed in some steals with some timeless fashion pieces I love.
A good leather jacket paired with a flirty skater skirt are the perfect combo for February evening in California. Try the BLNKNYC Faux Leather Jacket at Nordstrom. Pick up a cute skirt, a killer fedora, and moto boots all for less than $100 at Forever21. I adore my Michael Kors tote and watch and think they add a bit of sophistication to the ensemble. Protect those eyes with the green mirrored Ray-Bans. And last but certainly not least, one of my favorite nude lipsticks that is less than $3, Wet N Wild Bare it All!
