Step 1: Get Dorothy's flawless skin. Blend Revlon's ColorStay Foundation all over your face and down your neck. Cover any blemishes with Maybelline FitMe Concealer. Set everything with Wet N Wild's Cover All Pressed Powder and contour your cheek bones with the L'Oreal True Match Powder in a couple shades darker than your natural skin tone. If you really want to bump up your bronzing game then add a little Physician's Formula Bronze Booster to contour your cheeks, along your temples, and across your jawline.

Step 2: Make your eyes pop. Start by priming your lids with Urban Decay's primer potion. Next step, super simple, apply Half Baked and Smog from the Naked Palette all over the lid and up into the crease. Add Virgin from the same palette to your brow bones. Mix Smog and Dark Horse together and apply it generously to your lower lash line, making sure to blend out and down. Use Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner to crease a thin cat eye to the top lash line. Apply some wispy falsies and a couple coats of Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara.
